1. Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

3. Refund Timeline

4. How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Log in to your Electro Account
  2. Go to Order History and select the order
  3. Click "Request Return" next to the item
  4. Print the prepaid return label (if eligible)
  5. Pack the item securely and attach the label
  6. Drop off at any authorized carrier location

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: Within 48 hours
  • Bank Transfer: 7–10 business days

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is FREE if the issue is our fault
  • Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
